Our Journey So Far...

Starting out in 2001 as Ardern UDB, we mainly designed homes on picturesque Waiheke Island. Over years many of our projects were entered into the ADNZ (Architectural Designers New Zealand) Design Awards and much to our delight we were award winners for many of them.

In 2009 we established Lite-House Ltd, became Registered Master Builders and offered the complete ‘Concept to Completion’ package for those clients keen for continuity. The creation, including design, detailing and construction, is reflected in our quality bespoke homes and we are thrilled to be recognised with both Regional and National awards.
