Bryce Ardern, Architectural Designer. NZCQS, NZCD Arch.

Prior to qualifying as an architectural designer, Bryce spent two decades in the construction industry, starting out as a Quantity Surveyor before managing divisions of Fletcher Residential and Fletcher Projects. His passion for great design led him to formalise his architectural qualifications and he has since won numerous awards from both ADNZ and Registered Master Builders House of the Year. He believes that his understanding of the practical side of building gives him an edge when designing homes.

Bryce’s expertise in architecture and building was recognised by the industry with invitations to judge the Master Builders House of the Year Regional Awards throughout New Zealand in 2005 and 2007 through to 2010.
